I was looking for a tool that can unlock and factory reset my Android device. I found such a tool on the Tenorshare website. Among other things, I was convinced to buy the license by the fact that the seller guaranteed a refund if the software did not work with my device. The software did not work properly with my device, which the seller himself admitted in one of the emails. I logically demanded a refund, as the seller promises on his website. Instead of a refund, the seller offered me another software or a partial refund. The manufacturer tried to negotiate with me for two weeks, only delaying his obligation to return the money. I have not received a refund.
