when I considered buying your product, the deciding factor was that if the software was unusable I would get my money back
as is customary with reputable companies.
I didn't read anything about a 30% refund but a full refund!!

Hello,
I don't know if you saw the video I sent you, it shows exactly when the process failed.
OK, I'm sending the second video (watch the whole thing) which shows that I followed the
instructions exactly and a photo with the type of my device. Yes I have tried all types of android
system. Apparently the app doesn't work with my device. I am therefore asking you to return
the funds I paid for the application.

Hello,
thank you for the tip on how to proceed when removing the google password. I updated the 4you key software and followed your instructions exactly. I performed a wipe data/factory reset on the phone, followed by a wipe cache partition and finally rebooted the system. I connected the phone to the PC (windows 10 system) and launched the 4you-key application. I followed the app instructions exactly. The first thing I did was remove screen lock. according to the application message, it went well. Based on this, I believe that both the usb cable and the selected usb port are correct and in order. Next I did remove google lock (FRP). But here I ran into the same problem as in the earlier attempts. At 50% of the process, a warning appeared that remove google lock could not be performed. I am sending the screen video in the attachment.

Good morning,
i bought your 4ukey android bypass software. I applied the software on a Samsung galaxy S23 ultra device. I followed the recommended procedure exactly, but despite that, the process was always interrupted at 50%. See attached photo.
